This position provides leadership, direction, and problem‑solving skills to eliminate manufacturing conflicts, document improvements, and maintain positive relations with our customers.

• Be a customer service liaison between our facility and core injection facility.
• Locate dies and stage in the die heater station area.
• Strive to complete change over within cell takt time.
• Follow AI/PC instructions for die change over.
• Notify team leader of any die problems that may affect schedule.
• Run parts on press with the support of process engineer.
• Troubleshoot press issues (thermocouples, elements, etc.).
• Safely operate “V” stacker and die carts.
• Conduct problem solving as needed.
• Support TPM scheduling and activities.
• Accurately report data for the measurement of OEE.
• Ensure die change tool charts are stocked and ready for use.
• Perform other work‑related duties as necessary.
• Maintain high attendance record and work overtime as needed.
• Perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner.

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Skills and Abilities: Mechanically inclined; good mathematical skills; cooperative and loyal teamwork attitude.
• Experience: 1–2 years of ceramic core experience.

Push, pull, lift, etc. in relation to the requirements of die set‑up. Duties are performed in manufacturing areas where compliance with applicable safety rules is required.

Equipment used:
Cranes, Lift Carts, Tow Motor, Pallet Jack.

The employee will occasionally be required to work near moving mechanical parts and be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Noise level is moderate. During periods of travel, duties could be performed in conference centers, restaurants, places of public accommodation, modes of travel, etc.
