Job Title:
Production Lead

Shift: 1st, 6:00am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.

- $21.00/hr.

Job Summary
The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing all activities on the production line to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role coordinates production processes including line setup, machine operation, packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute all production line activities, including clean-outs, setup, machine operation, and packaging.
• Enforce safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) within the production area.
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members to meet production goals.
• Demonstrate expertise in production procedures, tools, and equipment operation.
• Operate line equipment as needed to maintain workflow.
• Direct and perform cleaning and sanitizing of containers, equipment, supplies, and work areas according to proper procedures.
• Ensure accurate labeling and product identification. Maintain production records and complete all required documentation.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing, with prior roles as a Lead and Machine Operator.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and make adjustments to machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve production line issues promptly.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, filling, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, crouching, reaching overhead, and climbing stairs.
