2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator - Urgent Need - Weekly Pay

We are recruiting for a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator at Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms, located at the East 80th Cleveland Manufacturing Plant. The role begins on the 1st Shift during the probationary period and may transition to 2nd or 3rd shift upon successful completion.

Start in the Felt Department or Roofing Department, operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment safely while meeting or exceeding production standards according to specifications.

• 1st Shift: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Shift Differential $0.75)
• 3rd Shift: 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. (Shift Differential $1.00)

• Perform work safely, following safety rules and Tremco’s Escalation Policy.
• Communicate with Team Lead and/or Supervisor during shift changes and throughout shift.
• Operate the HMI at various stations to keep the line running safely and efficiently.
• Monitor weight, speed, and other metrics along the line.
• Operate forklift to move raw materials, load carriers, and move finished product.
• Make raw material batches in the appropriate mixer(s) according to specifications.
• Perform quality control tests on batches per established guidelines.
• Ensure proper labels are used on the taping machine.
• Fill appropriate-sized pails, drums, or totes, label filled items, and place them on pallets.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and cleaning of the immediate area and surrounding departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No prior education or experience required.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or similar industry experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, fractions, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
• Forklift Certificate and operations experience preferred.

Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

This is a United Auto Workers (UAW) Local 70 - Union Position and Facility.
