The Goals And Challenges Of This Role

• Review engineering prints, select and acquire appropriate tooling.
• Ability to run large machining centers either VTL or HBM.
• Edit and maintain CNC programs.
• Perform machine setup and operation as needed.
• Implement continuous improvement.
• Inspection and measurement of machined components.
• Train and develop less experienced AT&F machinists.

What You Should Bring To This Role

• A minimum of five (5) years experience in component CNC machining.
• Dealt with lower run quantities per part.
• Ability to interpret blueprint/drawing specifications and GD&T.
• Applied experience with various inspection methods (hand gages, CMM, etc.).
• Proven ability to develop the machining skills of others.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Fanuc, Siemens, G code programming.
• Overhead crane operation and rigging experience.
• Basic computer skills for email, web‑based communications.

Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the role. Starting pay depends on your skills, experience, and ability to perform the job.
