1st shift Production Line Lead
* Understand, follow, and teach process to a team of production workers (4-6 workers)
* Read and verify line orders
* Run filling machines
* Complete all production and QA paperwork
* Adhere to all safety protocol
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Check work and lead by example
* Meet shift deadlines
* Flexible and available for overtimes with some weekends.
Requirements:
* Experience in a lead role
* Experience working with filling machines
* Experience in completing tickets/paperwork on a production line
* Experience in QA on a production line
* Able to motivate and lead by example
* Comfortable working around chemicals
