Machinist; 2nd Shift

Join us as a Machinist (2nd Shift) and help deliver on our purpose and achieve our goals. This role will be responsible for operating various Machine Shop equipment in the production process.

Hours:

4:30 PM–1:00 AM (2nd shift). Salary: $20–$26 /hr plus $1 shift diff.

• Willing to train the right candidate
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and conventional machinery to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner, including machining samples to close tolerances
• Read and interpret documents such as drawings, operating instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials on machines
• Use machine tools and inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers

This is a fast‑paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self‑motivated, and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn, and enthusiastic in the face of challenge.

• HS diploma or GED required
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Previous shop experience – a plus
• Technical/vocational training in a related field – a plus
• Willing to train the right candidate
