What You’ll Do- Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
- Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard re‑manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Maintain 5S standards, cleaning equipment on a daily basis or as needed.
- Able to train personnel on machinery.
- Execute minor equipment troubleshooting/repair and regularly scheduled operator maintenance. Immediate correction of safety hazards.
- Execute duties in accordance with Henkel’s SHE standards and practices including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Execute duties in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
- Quality oriented.
- Execute production in the safest, most efficient manner.
- Engagement and ownership of one’s own work area and equipment.
- Includes the resultant quality of the product and administrative work being produced, the level of productive achievement and the housekeeping standards maintained.
- Maintains a professional, team‑player attitude, helping other Henkel employees and temporaries exceed expectations.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must operate with a sense of urgency.
- Able to understand and perform basic math.
- Able to use a computer.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The salary for this role is $20.00 - $22.00.
