Welder

Pro Staffing Solutions, a proud division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., is a rapidly growing family‑owned skilled trades labor contractor dedicated to connecting talented professionals with leading companies across the United States. We are seeking a Welder for a well‑known manufacturing company that offers a progression program and immediate hiring.

Pay: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience, with potential to earn more. Advanced training will be provided.

• 1st and 2nd shift available
• $19 per hour base rate plus $1.50 shift differential
• Health insurance, vision, and dental after 90 days of employment
• Paid time off after 90 days
• Quarterly bonuses after probationary period
• 401(k) plan with up to 6% company match
• Monday – Thursday, 10 hours per day with some overtime
• Overtime available
• Weekly pay

• Minimum of 1 year on‑the‑job welding experience
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs
• High school diploma required
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Reliable transportation
• Pass standard weld test – MIG and Stick
