Job Title: Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturer

Location: Greater Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Shift: 2nd, Monday - Thursday

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full Time

Oversees and coordinates production department activities to ensure efficient processing of materials and manufacturing of products. This role drives operational excellence through leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Implement company policies and procedures related to safety, operational standards, and employee conduct as directed by plant leadership.
• Ensure all team members comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production performance, analyze results against objectives, and take corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Train new and existing employees on proper operational techniques and safety protocols.
• Prepare and manage work schedules, allocate resources, and expedite workflow to meet production timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized plant environment at all times.
• Inspect products for quality and compliance with specifications; oversee machine setup and adjustments.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment efficiency, and product quality.
• Review production orders and schedules to plan departmental operations effectively.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures; ensure adherence through observation and coaching.
