* What You’ll Do:

** As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll ensure the reliability and safety of our operations by maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of industrial electrical systems. You’ll support preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and contribute to a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and components
* Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and installations
* Read and interpret schematics, equipment manuals, and electrical codes
* Support mechanical team members and collaborate cross-functionally
* Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and overhead cranes as needed
* Use digital tools and systems to complete work orders and maintain records
* Support environmental, safety, and quality procedures

* What You’ll Need:

*** High school diploma or GED (free GED program available)
* 3+ years of experience in industrial electrician maintenance
* Strong understanding of AC/DC theory, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, and hydraulics/pneumatics
* Experience with schematics, test instruments, and industrial safety protocols
* Ability to work in environments with dirt, grease, heat, cold, and at heights
** Nice to Haves:
*** Journeyman Certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
* Background in steel industry maintenance
* Welding and light fabrication experience
* Familiarity with Profibus, Profinet, or Ethernet-based industrial networks
* Knowledge of PID control loops and combustion systems#Appcast
