Welder (TIG) - 1st Shift
AT&F is hiring a Welder (TIG) - 1st Shift in Cleveland. Build large complex fabrications for submarines and related components as part of our team.

The Goals And Challenges Of This Role
- TIG welding and fabricating on custom parts
- TIG Welding of Stainless Steels, C-276, Inconel 600 series
- ASME Code welding and Military Specifications
- Reading and interpreting custom blueprints and drawings from customers
- Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy-fuel & hand plasma)
- Follow lean principles as well as safety and quality standards
- General welding and shop duties as needed
- Demonstrated success in TIG welding
- Desire to constantly improve your welding abilities
- Desire and ability to use shop math
- Must be able to read and understand job instructions
- Experience in GTAW, FCAW and GMAW Spray Transfer
- Experience in Pipe fitting
- Experience in welding of Carbon, Stainless, or Nickel based alloys
- Strong overall mechanical aptitude
- HS diploma or equivalent
