Dizario Search is currently supporting a search for a Production Supervisor based in Cleveland, Ohio
. This opportunity is with a leading manufacturer in the forged metal components industry. The Production Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations within the Processing Department
, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality goals
- Supervise, train, and develop hourly employees while promoting a safe work environment
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to optimize efficiency
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity
- Monitor production schedules, ensure customer commitments are met, and maintain accurate records
- 3+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lead in a hands-on environment
- Proven success driving safety, quality, and performance in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in a union and/or forging environment preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production tracking systems
