We're seeking a hands‑on and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our shift operations. This role is critical to the daily success of our manufacturing floor, directly overseeing safety, quality, productivity, and our frontline team members.

What You'll Do- Provide direct, hands‑on supervision to hourly production team members on your shift, ensuring a safe and efficient operation.
- Champion safety as the top priority, enforcing all OSHA and company safety procedures and conducting regular safety audits.
- Manage daily production schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to achieve production goals, meet quality standards, and fulfill on‑time delivery commitments.
- Implement and sustain Lean principles on the shop floor, including 5S and visual management.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues in real‑time, coordinating with maintenance and quality control to minimize downtime.
- Ensure product quality by enforcing standards and procedures, and leading root cause analysis for defects.
- Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting high morale and engagement.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor, or Group Leader) is required.
- Hands‑on experience with Lean manufacturing principles and a basic understanding of continuous improvement.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Basic proficiency with computers for data entry, email, and reporting.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
