Join New Life Serenity Center as the Legal Integrity Branch Leader.
New Life Serenity Center believes that empowering women will transform communities. We are looking for a dedicated Legal Integrity Branch Leader to cultivate the development of our program. Our core program is intended to meet women and give them concrete tools to enable their future success. This is a flexible 5–10 hour per week role, where you’ll collaborate closely with our Executive Director to create lasting change.
YourImpactful Role
- Inspiring Leadership – Motivate and guide our team of mentors, fostering a positive and empowering environment for program participants.
- Leading by Example – Serve as a mentor yourself, sharing your expertise and experience to uplift the women in our program.
- Supporting Volunteers – Regularly check in with program volunteers, providing encouragement and offering assistance where needed.
- Legal Knowledge – If you have experience in legal matters, legal aid, or advocacy, we’d love to leverage your knowledge to help our participants understand and navigate their legal rights and responsibilities.
- Emotional Intelligence – Utilize your high emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with program members, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Collaborating with team members to outline project objectives and develop strategic plans for program implementation.
- Identifying best practices and innovative approaches from successful organizations to inform our program development.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss research progress and align strategies with organizational goals.
- Background in leadership, law, and/or mentorship.
- Availability during EST office hours for virtual meetings and collaboration.
- A high level of confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.
- Training – You will receive 3–5 hours of initial training to prepare you for your research role and familiarize you with our mission and objectives. Mentorship, training, and check‑ins to support your ongoing success.
