GAT Sky Cafe is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team at
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Main Responsibilities

• The successful applicant will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives who deliver products directly to airline customers.
• Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft, meet all quality and cleanliness standards, and uphold a commitment to exceptional service.
• You will manage the team through structured communication, compliance checks, and monitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal production processes, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in Last Mile Logistics: 2-3 years in a related industry.
• Problem-solving and leadership skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays. Must be flexible.

Job Details: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (longer shifts when required).
