Architectural Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in our Cleveland, Ohio location. Project management experience in complex project types is preferred. Experience in healthcare design is a plus. This leadership position requires a personable candidate with extensive experience in client service, business metrics, and successful outcomes. Prior experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or healthcare related firm is required.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal and leadership skills along with the ability to work with large teams and delegate. Client and consultant coordination, budgeting and scheduling is required.

Duties

* Initiating and managing projects from inception to completion

* Leading staff and consultant team

* Coordination of all disciplines

* QA / QC of work

* Key client contact and sales responsibilities
