Plumbing Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Plumbing Manager forour client, a highly regarded home services group in Mentor, Ohio! This is a wonderful full-time, direct-hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for service and installation teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day departmental operations, including workload planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise technical staff to ensure strong performance, safety awareness, and professional development.
• Establish performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and deliver timely, constructive feedback.
• Implement operational strategies to meet financial targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, ensuring accurate billing and financial accountability.
• Foster collaboration across departments to support smooth operations and consistent customer experiences.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing service issues, inquiries, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of service and/or installation experience
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Service Titan experience desired.

Compensation:
This position offers an annual salary range of $105,000-$135,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses, medical, vision, & dental insurance, life insurance, 401K with match, and more!
