Your Contribution to Our Success!As a Youth Prevention (BICC) Program Manager, you will oversee the operation, management, and program development of the Beyond Identities Community Center (BICC) Program. You will work with the Director of Education and other program directors to ensure youth prevention programs meet funding deliverables and effectively serve the community.
You will enhance the reputation of AHF by building and maintaining relationships with the affiliate leadership team and local AHF business lines, ensuring patients receive high‑quality care and fostering partnerships with community stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advocating for top initiatives and ensuring that AHF core values and mission remain a priority.
- Working collaboratively with program funders, affiliate departments, and across business lines to create strategies that keep patients in care.
- Serving as part of a close‑knit team that remains nimble, strategic, and empathetic in addressing challenges.
- Building strong relationships while recognizing and leveraging staff strengths and addressing weaknesses.
Licenses/Certifications:
HIV Testing Certification preferred.
