This 401(k) Prosperity® division is seeking a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial leader to become our Manager of 401(k) Retirement Plan Services. You’ll play a dual role—helping serve our current clients while building the future of our retirement plan practice by helping develop new client relationships.

How You’ll Contribute- Lead and grow our 401(k) division while actively serving a select group of existing plan sponsor clients.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers—and bring in new plan clients.
- Guide clients on plan design, fiduciary oversight, investment selection, participant engagement compliance, and governance.
- Conduct periodic client reviews, communicate evolving ERISA and DOL regulations, and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, business development, operational efficiency, and branding.
- Maintain your industry certifications and our firm’s CEFEX® certification.
- Manage RFPs and plan benchmarking as needed.
- Help create a culture of excellence and accountability in retirement plan consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, or related field)
- 3+ years of hands-on 401(k)/403(b) advisory experience
- Designations such as AIF®, CRPS®, QKA®, QPFC® a plus
- Series 7, 66, and insurance license (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
- Bonus: CFP®, CPA, or advanced tax credentials
- Deep understanding of plan design, fiduciary standards, and retirement plan operations
- Knowledge of CEFEX standards
- Understanding industry tools such as RPAG or equivalent
- Proven ability to win business and build client relationships
- Clear, confident communication—written and verbal
