Role Summary

Third Federal is seeking an experienced Project Manager with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. In this role, you will lead a variety of business initiatives, collaborating with associates across the organization and external vendors as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project plans, manage schedules, and coordinate resources across departments
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly to ensure successful outcomes
  • Foster collaboration and engagement among team members and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional work experience in project management or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to champion initiatives from inception to completion
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience and success in collaborative decision-making and leading teams to successful project completion
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities effectively
  • Experience building project roadmaps and managing projects through all phases—from analysis to implementation
  • Track record of completed projects that showcase leadership, engagement, and the ability to manage complex business challenges to successful results
  • Strong team player with the ability to balance contributions from diverse team members and take responsibility for project success
  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
