Cleveland Sands Hotel is growing its standout team, and we’re on the hunt for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to jump in and make an impact.

Cleveland Sands is the home of live music, entertainment, great food and genuine good times. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where every day brings something different, and you’ll be right in the middle of the action at the Bay’s top food and entertainment venue.

** We are offering:
*** Competitive Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Plus Super
* KPI Bonus $5,000

** Essential requirements:
*** Minimum two years of experience in a similar venue
* Strong expertise in Gaming & Wagering
* Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
* Superior time management & organisational skills
* Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
* Ability to work nights & weekends
* Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
* Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license
* CLO - Desirable, not necessary
