Our client is a successful and growing middle-market manufacturer of highly engineered component products for blue chip OEM’s in a variety of market segments, with aggressive long term growth plans. This person will lead an ambitious M&A growth strategy while undertaking transformative infrastructure and cultural initiatives.

The mandate for the role is to partner with the executive team in executing on ambitious growth initiatives while undertaking the professionalizing of the finance and administration functions. This person will be an in-the-trenches accounting/finance leader who is a thought partner to the CEO. They will be experienced in cost accounting, inventory management and insightful KPI/dashboard analytics reporting. Ideally you will have an extensive background in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing with exposure to acquisition integration, along with background experience in implementing robust processes and systems in an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment.

Your background experience will include working in the rigorous process environments demanded by OEM manufacturers in the aerospace, automotive, medical device, and contract manufacturing environments.
