Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial maintenance accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for each
- Drive retention and satisfaction by ensuring top-tier service delivery and proactive communication
- Lead regular property walks, audits, and enhancement reviews with clients
- Partner closely with production and operations teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
- Support internal adoption of software and systems that improve service delivery and accountability
- Monitor budgets, job performance, and crew efficiency to support profitability goals
- Collaborate with fellow account managers to share best practices and deliver consistent client experiences
- 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance account management
- Experience at a top 100 commercial landscape company preferred
- Deep understanding of residential and commercial maintenance best practices
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or field service software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits- Base salary: $85K+
