Field Technician

All-Star Power Cleaning is hiring dependable, coachable, high-effort people who take pride in quality work. You’ll start in the field (windows, siding, roofs, gutters, driveways) and can advance quickly into running your own rig if you prove you can lead yourself.

• Starting Pay:$19-26/hour based on experience
• Performance Bonus Syetem:Bonuses tied to reviews, upsells, production, and safety/quality scorecards

  Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Able to lift 45 lbs. or more and carry ladders safely.
  • Comfortable working at heights, including on roofs.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Insurable Driving Record
    and ability to pass a
    background screening
    .
  • Home service experience and familiarity with driving company vehicles is a
    big plus
    .
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
