Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment in assigned facilities.;
Assist Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians with maintenance and repair tasks, while also performing defined independent tasks.;
Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, and assist with general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment upkeep.;
Perform minor plumbing repairs and complete special tasks like painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.;
Be on call for after-hours emergencies, ensuring the safety and functionality of the facilities at all times.
