Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitized, and well‑maintained.

• Clean and maintain 16 bathrooms daily, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and partitions.
• Restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Empty trash.
• Perform deep cleaning duties as scheduled, such as scrubbing tile and grout, floor stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Clean carpets.
• High dusting and vent cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and breakroom areas, including countertops and tables, sinks and appliances, microwaves and refrigerators (both interior and exterior).
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to management.

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.

• Full‑time.
• May require evenings or weekends.
