Cleaner​/Floater - Cleveland, Ohio; CLV

We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaner / janitor to be a floater. We are a looking for a rock star worker that is willing to do what it takes. Must be hungry and ready to prove yourself.

Monday - Friday with some Saturday / Sunday work.

The Lead Cleaner / Floater will assist the Operations Manager to help clean various accounts in the Cleveland area including Cleveland, Warren, Niles, Youngstown, Warrensville Heights, and Hinckley. This job requires travel in the area, so you must have a good reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to new accounts everyday. You will receive a $150 biweekly gas allowance to cover your travel expenses.

You will be cleaning accounts that need extra staff. You will also be cleaning when cleaners are on vacation, call in sick or need time off. You will play a key role in cleaning new accounts.

• 3 years of experience as a commercial cleaner / janitor / custodian / housekeeper
• Willingness to work evening shifts, flexible hours and occasional weekends
• Availability and ability to work 50 hours a week.
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Ability to communicate with cleaners and management
• Ability to travel in the area. Reliable vehicle with drivers license with good driving record

• 5 years of experience as commercial cleaning
• Experienced with floor stripping / waxing
• Experienced with carpet cleaning
  
  Experienced with Window Cleaning
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

This job pays a higher rate ($18/hr) because of the local travel requirements and ability to be flexible.
