Position:
Cleaning Staff

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including dusting furniture, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, washing windows, and polishing surfaces.
• Report damages, burned-out light bulbs, and plumbing issues to maintenance.
• Clean elevators, stairwells, landings, and dust ceiling fixtures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional commercial cleaning experience.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to talk, hear, handle objects, stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
