Create, install, maintain, and provide in‑house repairs to terminal equipment, as well as physical structures in the Great Lakes region. Oversee correct completion of the monthly terminal maintenance programs.

• Complete and/or assist in each terminal monthly preventive maintenance program to ensure compliance.
• Assist terminal managers in organizing, planning, and performing terminal unexpected breakdown repairs.
• Organize, plan and implement approved in‑house terminal projects, repairs and capital improvements.
• Assist terminal managers with annual terminal maintenance budget adherence per projects, parts purchases, breakdowns and repairs.
• Assist terminal managers with on‑hand critical terminal spare parts inventory.
• Provide suggestions and supporting information at year end for any terminal improvement and equipment sustainability.

• Skills – Read blueprints, knowledge of pneumatics, proficient with hand tools, fabrication, welding (MIG and ARC), cutting techniques (gas/plasma), project management.
• Education – Graduate of a certified millwright or industrial maintenance/apprentice program.
• Experience – Minimum 2 years of post‑graduation experience.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $91,000.00
