Location: Akron, OH
Schedule: 1 hour per day, Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Compensation: $30 per day (approx. $30/hr)

About The Role: Tidy Turnover Team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented subcontractor to perform quick quality‑control walkthroughs three days per week at a commercial/residential building in Akron. This role is perfect for someone looking to earn consistent part‑time income with minimal hours.
Responsibilities- Conduct a full walkthrough of the building to verify cleaners completed all assigned tasks.
- Check common areas for cleanliness, odors, debris, or missed spots.
- Take photos of any issues and report them immediately.
- Perform light touch‑ups only if absolutely necessary (not a cleaning role).
- Inventory cleaning supplies and restock alert list.
- Communicate with the operations manager about any issues, damages, or supply needs.
- Occasionally meet cleaners on site to reinforce expectations.
- Reliable transportation to downtown Akron.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to professionally communicate and document findings.
- Must be punctual and consistent – this role is time‑sensitive.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and submitting reports.
- Prior cleaning or facilities experience is an asset but not required.
- Mon/Wed/Fri from 11 AM - 12 PM (1 hour per visit).
- $30 per day (paid weekly).
- This is a 1099 subcontractor role, not an employee position.
