Overview
Floor Care & Water Extraction Technician role or Care & Water Extraction Technician performs flooring cleaning and repair services, water restoration and extraction across the Cleveland and Akron areas. This is a part-time position with potential to transition to full-time. Pay is $16 to $22 per hour plus commission potential.
Responsibilities- Cleaning of carpet and tile flooring
- Carpet repair & patching holes, burns, frays, etc.
- Stain spotting & removal on carpet
- Water extraction, relays and cleaning for floods including setup of drying equipment, and sanitizing of surfaces
- Maintaining equipment including regular cleaning of vans and equipment
- No college required
- At least 1-2 years of experience in carpet cleaning is preferred but not required
- At least 1-2 years of experience in water extraction restoration is preferred
- Clean driving history and a valid driver s license is required as you will be driving our carpet van
- Background check for licensing requirements
- Monday-Friday AM Shift Part time 20-30 hours weekly
- Some knowledge or experience working with apartment communities is a plus but not required
- Hourly + Commission Bonus

Services include bath refinishing, carpet cleaning, painting and janitorial services. The company was founded in 2016 and has grown into a well-known and respected company in its space.
