Hire Type: Direct Hire

Job Summary: Inventory and materials leader with proven success managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and material flow. Ensure supplier and customer contract compliance while supporting operational efficiency and supply chain alignment.
Job Duties- Lead and evaluate Shipping, Receiving, Material Handling, and Inventory teams
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting
- Review planned orders, inventory levels, and demand forecasts to ensure material availability
- Generate material picking and production issue orders
- Support facility point-of-use (POU) inventory and customer service needs
- Serve as backup for indirect purchasing and shop floor material orders
- Oversee material issuance, job closing accuracy, and inventory adjustments
- Partner with Supply Chain to identify and resolve material shortages
- Maintain vendor and supplier relationships and ensure inventory compliance
- Conduct physical inventories and support supplier or customer POU discussions
- Logistics or supply chain degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years managing inventory and materials operations
- At least 3 years of experience leading and supervising employees
- Working knowledge of purchasing and indirect procurement processes
- Experience operating within ERP systems such as SAP
