Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Intellectual Property Patent Associate.
Responsibilities Incude:
- Patent Drafting & Prosecution:
Lead end-to-end patent drafting and prosecution before the USPTO. - Strategic Guidance:
Collaborate with engineers and inventors to craft robust, commercially-savvy IP strategies. - Client Engagement:
Manage client relationships with clear communication and expert counsel. - Team Leadership:
Assume significant responsibility from day one.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience of 2-5 years in patent drafting and prosecution.
- Must be Registered to practice before the USPTO.
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Must be admitted to a state bar.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail in drafting patent applications.
