Overview
Marshall Dennehey, a leading AM Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of dedicated service to our corporate, insurance and individual clients, is seeking an Associate Attorney with one (1) to five (5) years of litigation experience to join our growing Workers’ Compensation Department in Cleveland, OH.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation. Common claims we litigate involve repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims. We represent clients across numerous industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.
- Litigate a variety of workers’ compensation claims involving high-exposure, complex litigation, including repetitive trauma, occupational disease, death and hearing loss claims.
- Represent clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail, education and more.
- Under our tutelage and mentorship, develop the necessary skills to manage a case from inception through resolution.
The successful candidate for this position will possess strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills. The role requires one (1) to five (5) years of litigation experience.

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000. The posted salary range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
