Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join our team in the Cleveland office. This role will be responsible for handling traditional billing and e-billing processes.

• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines
• Manage e-billing submissions and troubleshoot any related issues
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to address billing inquiries
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end billing processes
• Maintain billing records and ensure timely payments

• Minimum of one year of experience in a legal billing position
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation begins at $70,000+ annually and will be commensurate with relevant experience and years of practice
