This opportunity is part of a strategic expansion of the firm’s transactional practice and is ideal for an experienced partner with a portable book of business and a desire to integrate into a collaborative, growth-oriented platform. The firm offers robust support, a transparent compensation structure, and a strong Midwest client base.
KeyQualifications
- Minimum 10 years of corporate transactional experience
- Expertise in M&A, private equity, entity formation, or outside general counsel matters
- A portable book of business in the low to mid six-figure range or higher
- Admission to the Ohio Bar or eligibility for admission
- Demonstrated client service, leadership, and business development skills
- Advise clients on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and governance matters
- Serve as outside general counsel to emerging and middle-market businesses
- Lead deal teams and manage client relationships
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm leadership and practice development
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areas
- Strong national platform with Midwestern roots and institutional support
