An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our team.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Lawyer to join our growing Wills & Estates team.
You will have strong support with the assistance of a paralegal.
Whilst the role offered is full-time, we will consider part-time options for an outstanding applicant.
In this role you will lead complex matters across estate planning, probate and estate administration.
Additional responsibilities of this role will include:
- Wills and estate planning.
- Probate and estate administration.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
Admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland.
More than 4 years post qualification experience.
Experience in dealing with succession law matters (essential).
Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Excellent file management and financial management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A bright and enthusiastic team player, with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
