LHH Recruitment Solution, Legal is working with one of its long-standing clients as they look to grow their team in the Greater Cleveland area. The Estate Planning Department of a mid‑size firm is looking to expand at the Associate level for purposes of succession planning. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market‑leading practice with highly specialized practitioners. The Group's regionally ranked practice is looking to grow and service their regional and national clientele.

Additionally, this attorney would assist families and individuals in wills, trusts and other estate planning documents including high net worth clientele and business succession planning.

• At least three (3+) years of experience in estate planning, trusts and estates
• Experience in related document drafting
• Ohio Bar State Bar licensure or ability to waive in
• Demonstrated ability to build business is a plus but no book of business is required
• Ability to sit in offices in Cleveland, OH.
