Description

The IT Lead, Security and Controls role ensures all Cyber Security, SOX Compliance, Access Control & Provisioning, and Audit Controls (RACM) requirements are identified and satisfied for BIOS (Business Integrated Operating Systems) initiatives. The incumbent acts as a liaison between the BIOS team and Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, GPC (Global Privacy), and Internal Audit teams, reporting directly to the IT Director for Oracle Platform Delivery.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Coordinate and compile Oracle Cloud Roles, Data Access Sets, and Assignments with the Oracle Cloud IT Functional team.
  • Work with the GPC team to facilitate SOD (segregation of duties) review for Oracle Cloud Roles assignment for both Business and IT teams.
  • Identify SOX compliance requirements for boundary applications within BIOS scope in collaboration with the GPC/Security team.
  • Integrate IDN with Oracle Cloud and other boundary applications in partnership with the Identity and Access Management team.
  • Ensure that all identified controls are mapped to Test Scenarios for SIT/UAT and that appropriate evidence is captured during testing in collaboration with the Internal Audit team and BIOS Testing Lead.
  • Serve as the primary contact point from the BIOS team for Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, GPC, and Internal Audit teams to clarify project/initiative questions and provide Jira/Zephyr Scale training or assistance.
  • Coordinate with the BIOS team and Procurement team for the purchase of printers and/or other equipment needed for BIOS initiatives at plant, DC, and other locations.
  • Collaborate with the Cyber Security team and BIOS technical team for all Custom Code scanning requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Cyber Security and Global Privacy teams for any other assessments needed for the initiative.
  • Facilitate training for new users and support end‑user education on IT policies and procedures necessary to maintain local security compliance.

  • Lead internal teams/task forces on initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with other projects as necessary to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of work requirements.
  • Work outside the standard office 7.5‑hour workday may be required.
Other Details

BIOS / Business Integrated Operating Systems is a major modernization initiative that modernizes and stabilizes BIOS for long‑term functionality. The system currently serves over 300 employees who clock in through BIOS. The role leads user exercises and coordinates with IT, Compliance, and HR.

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee security for Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Support migration from legacy systems to Oracle.
  • Manage employee access provisioning.
  • Lead User Acceptance Exercises and partner with IT and Compliance teams.
  • Handle configuration and system administration work.

The role begins as an individual contributor with future growth into managing 2–3 shared resources on the team.
