The Senior Manager of Capability Assurance is responsible for developing and leading the quality assurance and testing efforts for our ERP digital transformation. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all testing activities are completed on schedule and that testing coverage and defect resolution targets are met before advancing to subsequent milestones. The scope includes functional unit testing, system integration testing, end-to-end process validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
A key focus of this role is to drive standardization across testing processes, enabling the development of program-wide KPIs aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of the digital product development lifecycle. This individual will also work in partnership with the test automation team to monitor and report on automation progress in alignment with the overall testing strategy. Additionally, this role contributes to strategic planning with senior leadership to ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of our ERP digital applications and systems.

Leadership & Supervision
- Develop and execute the overall QA strategy for the cloud-based ERP digital product suite.
- Monitor and drive progress toward testing milestones, ensuring defect resolution and testing completeness before advancing to subsequent phases.
- Standardize testing processes across the program to enable consistent reporting and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manages the activities of the capabilities assurance team to ensure proper execution of testing strategy.
- Leads team(s) to develop new methods and solve complex matters.
- Responsible for supporting the talent strategy through hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance, succession planning, engagement, recognition, and inclusion, diversity, and equity practices.
- Responsible for fostering a work environment that encourages employees to act with integrity and respect.
- Responsible for setting employee objectives and expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing meaningful feedback, and mentorship.
