- 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with SQL and project management methodologies
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
- 3 - 5 years in the Health Insurance Industry
- 3 - 5 years in the Healthcare Industry
- Experience with IVR or chatbot technologies
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL or Project Management Professional (PMP)
