Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities- Test plan/script creations for performance testing.
- Pro-active in highlighting show stoppers for overall testing and help in identification of corresponding resolutions.
- Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
- Generate test summary reports for management review.
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
- Should primarily know about Performance Testing and performance monitoring concepts.
- Should possess knowledge of Client Load Runner or similar Performance Testing tools.
- Well versed with Test Plan/Test Script creations/executions.
- Bottleneck identification & resolutions recommendations, scripting, report analysis.
- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to work in a team oriented collaborative environment.
- Retail Banking background.
- Well verse with SDLC concepts.
- Prior experience on performance testing, Client ALM Tool.
- Knowledge of database/web-servers, load balancers.
