IT Support Technician (C2H)
On-site in Cleveland, Ohio
3-6 month contract-to-hire
$50,000 to $60,000 + bonus

- IT support across office and warehouse
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, handheld devices
- Support Warehouse Management systems and automation printers
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Manage Active Directory access
- Maintain hardware/software inventory
- Create documentation and train end users
- Communicate clearly with staff and senior leadership
- Fully on-site, multiple nearby buildings within close proximity
- 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm, ok to work through lunch to leave early
- Great communicator who can fix the issue and explain it clearly to the user
- 100% on-site
- Drug / nicotine screening
- Great communication skills
- 4 years of IT support experience
- Excellent customer service mindset
Analytical troubleshooting and resolution experience - O365 / M365, SharePoint, One Drive, Active Directory support
- Warehouse technology support (scanners, label printers, WM systems)
- SQL knowledge
- College degree or certifications
- Experience supporting multi-site operations
- Experience documenting IT configurations and change management
