Solutions Architect

• Guide the team in navigating and solving complex technical challenges using both existing and novel technologies.
• Design, document, and communicate effective solutions architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Facilitate the implementation of technology solutions that address business hurdles efficiently.
• Mentor junior staff, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align solutions architecture with organizational goals.
• Contribute to the establishment of architectural standards and best practices organization-wide.

• Proven experience and expertise in application development and solutions architecture.
• Strong grasp of cloud development concepts, with a particular emphasis on AWS.
• Competency in analyzing and resolving intricate system issues effectively.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and diagramming software for crafting architectural diagrams.

• Advanced certifications in AWS Cloud Development or Architecture.
• Experience with low-code development platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or Salesforce.
• Expertise in reviewing solution designs and providing valuable feedback.
• Skillful time management with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks.

The pay range for this role is $70 - $90 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
