Overview
The IT Contracts Lead is responsible for managing and negotiating technology contracts across the organization. This role partners closely with IT, legal, business leaders, and vendors to ensure technology agreements are structured, negotiated, and managed in a way that supports business goals while reducing risk and cost.

What You’ll Do- Develop and manage IT contract standards, processes, and strategies
- Negotiate technology contracts, including software, hardware, cloud services, telecom, and professional services
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP processes
- Partner with IT, legal, and business teams to support contract decisions
- Ensure vendors comply with contract terms and company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve contract efficiency, consistency, and value
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of IT and/or business experience
- 5+ years of experience negotiating and managing IT contracts
- Strong understanding of contract terms, IT technologies, and business operations
Preferred:
- Legal education or certification (JD or equivalent)
