Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support multiple initiatives within the organization. This role requires strong Agile experience, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated baseline project plans, including effort estimates, resource planning, documented assumptions, and performance tracking.
• Create task-based schedules and cost forecasts; identify and assess risk-based provisions.
• Analyze program metrics and performance data to drive informed decision-making.
• Manage project scope by evaluating requirement changes and communicating impacts to budget, timeline, and risk.
• Anticipate and mitigate operational and tactical risks while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Clarify, document, and track requirements and issues; resolve minor project challenges and escalate when appropriate.
• Lead project closure activities, including client satisfaction reviews and lessons-learned analysis.
• Document and archive project artifacts, deliverables, and findings to support future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Clarizen project management tool.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of formal education.
