• Lead Project Managers and program teams in developing comprehensive plans for assigned programs
• Monitor and report on program status, making corrective actions as needed to meet objectives
• Deliver presentations to effectively communicate project status throughout the project lifecycle

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual/access requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project manager role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
• Experience with customer relationship management, risk mitigation planning, and conflict resolution

• Bachelor's degree
• PMP certification or equivalent training
• Knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and operational practices
• Experience managing large, complex projects
• Proficient in industry-standard software development life-cycle
