• Lead operational assessments and business process reviews to understand customer needs within public safety agencies
• Evaluate existing business processes and provide recommendations for software configuration and application
• Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and develop new workflows
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance user competency for new software implementations
• Act as a liaison between technical resources and project managers to communicate customer needs effectively

• High School diploma, Associate s, or Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• 3+ years’ experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications
• Self-motivated team player capable of working effectively with general guidance

• Experience in field service or related public safety roles
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
