Responsibilities
- Design and implement sandbox environments
- Develop and configure simulation environments for applications such as Ignition, Kepware, GE Proficy Suite, and Tulip, ensuring realistic operational scenarios for functional and integration testing.
- Set up and manage virtual PLC simulations for major platforms (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) within virtualized environments to replicate plant-floor logic and processes.
- Administer cloud-based web applications and establish secure integration with OT devices in virtual environments, enabling hybrid connectivity between on-premise and cloud systems.
- Configure virtualized or containerized environments for testing industrial software and hardware integrations, ensuring scalability and isolation.
- Design and implement virtual networks that bridge on-premise hardware with cloud infrastructure, supporting secure data flow and interoperability for IIoT and edge-to-cloud architectures.
- Install, validate, deploy, and test various industrial OT software to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of server administration
