Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance to end users in a Windows-based environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic IT team while supporting cutting-edge initiatives, including early AI pilot programs.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to users in a Windows environment, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related hardware.

- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Microsoft O365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint.

- Manage IT assets by overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices.

- Offer support in an accounting-focused environment, addressing specific user needs.

- Assist with Citrix-related tasks as needed.

- Contribute to team efforts in exploring and implementing AI tools and technologies.

- Work effectively within a small IT team to solve technical challenges and improve processes. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing excellent customer service.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 applications.

- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies, including AI tools.

- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with users.

- Familiarity with Windows 10 and desktop imaging processes.

- Exposure to Active Directory and Citrix is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
